Full job description

Requirements:
Financial tertiary qualification (with accounting as the subject)
3-5 years of experience in a retail financial environment (previous experience handling large retail accounts, e.g. Shoprite and Pick n Pay.)
Responsibilities:
Processing of accounting transactions mainly related to debtors, including monthly statements and credit notes after examination and authorization
Submit monthly statements and monthly reports as needed
Quick inquiry into questions
Collection and confirmation of receipt of funds
Allocation of payments
Experience in managing store collections and claims and managing them would be beneficial.
Notification of when bills are placed on hold / goods are not shipped
Recording master data of debtors
Loading of sales orders, jobs and billing if necessary.
Import billing (RTT)
Prepare, execute and manage DC Stock Counts
Investigate inventory differences
Customer / internal communication while maintaining good relations
Perform an ad hoc task as required and requested, including assistance at the front desk if required
Assisting with audit processes (internal, interim and final)
The end of the financial year is December
