Co-ordination of trade visits|- Accurate scheduling and co-ordination – Formal and informal feedback
Office Administration|
Effective diary management and office administration (including ad hoc events management) |- emails and calls – Updated asset register – Effective ordering – 100% compliance with relevant company policies
Effective budget / expenditure management|- 100% compliance with relevant company policies – Accurate, timely payments to vendors – Expenses in line with budget – Flagging of expenses over budget – Measurable cost savings – Formal and informal feedback
Effective teamwork and self management|- Performance appraisals – Formal and informal feedback – Data integrity of all reports and management information

1-2 years secretarial / admin experience, preferably in retail / FMCG|1 – 2 Years|Essential / Minimum|0-5 years|
